The short version

Dishora has no account and no sign-in. What you save, cook and create stays on your device. We do not sell your data, and there is no advertising SDK in the app.

What stays on your device

• Your taste profile — the flavour and cuisine preferences inferred from what you open, save, skip and cook
• Dishes you saved, created, remixed or generated from a photo
• Which dishes you marked as cooked, and whether they worked
• Your subscription status

This is held in the app's local storage. We cannot see it.

What leaves your device

Only when a feature needs it, and only what that feature needs:

• Creating, remixing and searching. The words you type are sent to our AI provider to produce a result. They are not linked to an identity, because there isn't one.
• Cook from a photo. The single image you pick is sent to be analysed and is not retained afterwards. The app never has access to the rest of your photo library — Android's system photo picker hands over only your chosen image.
• Anonymous usage events, if enabled in the build you are using: which features are used and whether a recipe was cooked, tied to a random installation identifier that you can reset at any time. No advertising identifier, no device fingerprint, no location, no contacts.
• Shopping links. Choosing a retailer opens their site or app with your ingredient list. From that point their privacy policy applies.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We never see your card details.

Permissions

Dishora requests no Android runtime permissions.

Children

Dishora is a general-audience cooking app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Deleting your data

Open You → Start over. This erases your taste profile, saved and created dishes, and resets the anonymous installation identifier immediately. Uninstalling removes everything else. Because there is no account, there is nothing held server-side to request deletion of.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have rights of access, correction, erasure and objection. Since the app holds your data locally and without an identity, the fastest route for all of them is the in-app reset above. For anything else, contact us.

Changes

If a future version sends more off the device, this page and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that version is released.
